Precision Modification Process
Each frame is evaluated prior to modification to ensure compatibility and structural integrity. Layout markings are established before any material is removed, ensuring symmetry and intentional contour transitions.
1. Evaluation & Layout
Undercuts and contour adjustments are performed with structural awareness and measured control. Grip reductions are approached conservatively to preserve frame integrity while improving ergonomic profile.
2. Controlled Material Removal
Laser stippling is applied using controlled depth parameters to create uniform texture without compromising structural strength. Pattern density and coverage are selected to balance traction with long-term durability.
3. Precision Laser Texture Application
All transitions, borders, and modified surfaces are refined to ensure comfort in hand and professional finish quality. Overly aggressive edges are eliminated while preserving functional texture.
4. Edge Refinement & Blending
Each frame is inspected for symmetry, consistency, and finish quality prior to return. Any additional refinishing services, such as Cerakote, are completed after (before when requested) modification work is finalized.
5. Final Inspection & Quality Check
Each frame is approached as an individual project — not a production template.
