Cerakote is a thin-film ceramic coating engineered for exceptional abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance. Flashlights and laser units are routinely exposed to handling wear, holster friction, environmental moisture, carbon fouling, and cleaning solvents. Cerakote provides a durable protective barrier that significantly outperforms standard finishes in long-term wear conditions.
When properly applied, Cerakote adds minimal film thickness and does not interfere with threaded components, mounting interfaces, or housing tolerances.
All units must be fully disassembled prior to coating. Disassembly and reassembly services may be selected below if required.
